Please support our ongoing bushfire recovery efforts across the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area.
Over 800,000 hectares of the GBMWHA was burnt by fire in early 2020. Wildlife, plants and ecosystems are still struggling to recover.
We are aiming to document the extent of the damage as well as step in, wherever possible, to support the rescue, rehabilitation and restoration of vulnerable species.
We have set up 28 sites to monitor the state of flora, fauna and ecosystems but we need more people, more equipment and more sites.
